NoSolesLost

2020 - Present

NoSolesLost started when I was 12, stuck at home during COVID with a pair of white sneakers and an idea. I taught myself how to hand-paint custom designs, posted the first pairs online, and suddenly people were asking if they could order one. What began as a lockdown hobby turned into my first real business.

Over the years I've handled everything myself: design, production, packaging, customer communication, pricing, and marketing. That experience taught me more about product, branding, and ownership than any classroom could. It's still the clearest proof I have that if I want something to exist, I can build it end to end.

What I built

Each pair is custom: sketched, painted by hand, sealed, and shipped. I learned how to turn one-off art into a repeatable product process, managing intake requests, turnaround times, and quality, even when every single design was different.

But what I'll actually carry with me from NoSolesLost is the people. Every pair started with a conversation about what someone loved, a team, a memory, a color they couldn't stop thinking about, and I got to translate that into something they could wear. Some of those conversations turned into real relationships. Getting to express someone else's passion through a medium as personal as a pair of shoes on their feet is something I don't think I'll ever stop being grateful for.
